Red Triangle below playhead

When I try to move a clip and paste it to another I get a small triangle below the playhead and I don't know exactly what it means, but i have the  suspicion that the cuts are not made exactly in the frame I need

 

If you could help me with this it would be great. Thank you

Hola si al unir dos clips tienes dicho icono activo es porque tienes la herramienta SNAP TO EDGES activa, es solo una referencia que te dice que estas en el clip anterior o siguiente.
