Reframe option is missing

The reframe option is missing in my transform folder and in sequence dropdown in Premire Pro subscription. It is updated.

Reframe was first included with the 14.x build series. So, your version doesn't have it.

 

First thing to do is sign out of the CC app, reboot, and if it doesn't automatically do it, sign back in. See if that jogs the CC app.

    So, in the Help/About dialog of Premiere, it shows the program as 14.0.0/build 572?

     

    I ask because so often when the CC app says things are "updated" ... it's wrong.

    Thanks Neil for your response. The version reads 13.1.5 (build 47). Should I have the version that you mentioned? If so, how can I obtain an update?,  when the cloud indicates that all is updated.
