Reinstalling Adobe Premiere Pro 2024

Question

I just installed something called "Frame.io Transfer" and now my Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 application will not start, it reports an error. It was working fine before.

I would like very much to try reinstalling Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 from scratch on my computer and see if that fixes the problem, but I don't know how to go about doing that.

Can someone tell me how to reinstall 2024 on my computer? I suppose I need to uninstall the present version first? FYI I have no backups in a cloud anywhere, so I really need to install the 2024 software anew.
