Relinking Color Graded videos makes them out of sync. Auto Frame interpolation Issue?

Hi everyone, Been trying to figure how to resolve an issue for about a week now, and Finally Dicovered what has been happening, but need help.

I have Raw footage from a podcast shoot that was shot with 3 and 4 cameras , two of them are 23.976 FPS and two are 24 FPS (actual 24), Did all the edits, made video corrections, swaped some footage around, all the changed that the client needed, sent XML to Davinci Resolve Studio 19 for coloring (sorry Adobe but this color corrections has to be done there), sent it back to premiere and audio seemed to dift in the clips, and in Resolve I had the same issue after a couple of days realized that Davinci does not auto interpolate footage, now I am exporting Complete Colored MOV files depending on the frame Rate of the unedited Footage from Davinci To Premiere Pro and I am relinking footage on project panel... issue persisted.

Yesterday I realized that the issue is that when I relink the footage To premiere the clips that do not correspond to the timeline Frame rate (23.976 FPS) are driftig/starting later, so the edits are out of sync with the audio. When I create a new timeline and add the audio and the files without the cuts everytihng is in sync, so it is when I have the edits that the auto frame interpolation does not work correctly.

I have 6 one hour episodes all of the already edited and approved by client, the idea was just to color grade and send them back to client, but as of now my only solution is to re edit all of them. Is there a anothe way? Is there someting I am not seeing?
