remiere Pro does not open!!

Since a few days, afer last update(?) I cant open it anymore.

Splashscreen freezes on loadig some AEX filters then just dissapears.

What can I do? Jobs are waitin..

I rolled Premiere back to 23.3 and is works again.

Problem not solved though?

Same for After FX. Rush opens ok.
