Remove Grids

hello everyone, this is my issue. I recorded a video with the GH5 and Atomos recorder and by mistake, it burned the GH5 grid on to the video file that cant be removed. wondering if with adobe Premiere tools it can be removed by masking it? like you would do a wire in a movie? with effects tools?
