Remove object from video in premier pro

Is Premier Pro able to remove an object from video even when the camera is moving.

Not in the current version, but what you are describing was just announced and previewed today as a feature coming later in 2024:

Object Addition & Removal: Simply select and track objects, then replace them. Remove unwanted items…

If you need to do it right now, you can try the Roto Brush tool in Adobe After Effects.
