Removing dust from multiple clips

Hi,

I have multiple clips with dust spots all in the same location on every clip.

I need to remove these dust spots which I know how to do using the dust and scratches tool and then save each clip as an individual as I will be sending them through to an editor who will use them to make up the video.

My plan is to add each clip into the video timeline so as to make one multiple clip and, once I have removed the dust from the first clip with the dust and scratches tool and lasso tool, copy and add attributes to each other clip in the sequence.

I will then add an in and out for each clip and save as an MP4 file as I go.

Will this work or does anyone else have a faster/ smarter idea that could work?
