Removing Horizontal Rolling Band In Premiere Pro

I recorded a video which did not come out very good as it has horizontal rolling bands going through it. I am trying to see if I can remove them with Premiere Pro, but I am not having much luck. I am new to the software and have been looking on Google, YouTube, etc., on how to remove/fix rolling bands in videos. All I am able to find is information and videos on Flickering and the Wobble/Jello effect, and that's it! I thought I would try those things just in case, but of course it did not work. Does anyone have any advice or clue on how I can remove the horizontal rolling bands from my video in Premiere Pro?

Many Thanks 🙂

Post a clip on e.g. to show exactly what kind of rolling bands.

But I am guessing you need this: DEFlicker - RE:Vision Effects
