Removing the ability to fast forward

Is there a way to stop people from being able to fast forward through a video? I have about 7 videos I have added to a workday learning compliance training that is required for people to take. I do NOT want them to be able to have the ability to fast forward through the video. Is there anyway to remove that ability while still allowing them to pause and restart at any time?
