Renaming Clips Bug

Hey everyone,

I created a rename shortcut. However, after I implemented it, it now automatically renames all my clips to that name. Also, it undid the names of all my clips I renamed prior. 

Any idea how to fix this? I've tried clearing my cache, and restarting,
