Render and Replace Not Working with Warp Stabilizer

So I have a clip that is a little shaky that I want to stabilize. But I also want to do an artificial push in. The problem is when I have those effects together Warp Stabilizer thinks the transform that I have on it is the camera and tries to correct it.

I want to Render and Replace the clip with the Warp Stabilizer effect attached so that I can do stuff to the clip without the burdon of the Warp Stabilizer.

When I Render and Replace it'll say that "New Frames Need Analyzed". but the effect says that it has been rendered...

What is the problem here?!
