Render and Replace with Effects / Time Remapping

I'm looking to incorporate the new render and replace w/ effects into my workflow.  I see that it does not work with nests and that it does not render time-remapped clips.

An average example of the effects on my clips are:

-A 3rd party de-noise plugin

-Unsharp mask

-Warp stabilizer

-2 Lumetri effects

But most clips are also slowed down to 50 percent. Will I see any benefit (and would it be significant?) using the render and replace with effects even though it's not rendering the speed change?

Finally, if I had used "Interpret Footage" to adjust to my desired speed, would the render and replace option properly render all effects? From my understanding this is different than time-remapping so it might work.

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm just trying to find ways where I can make my computer work for me when I step away from my desk!
