Render Error with Transform Effect at High Motion Blur Values in the Latest Version of Premiere Pro

am using the latest version of Premiere Pro, and there is a recurring issue with the Transform effect, particularly when I set the Motion Blur value to a high number (360). This causes a render error both in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.

Upon testing, when I lowered the Motion Blur value to 0 or 290, the render completed successfully and very quickly, which indicates the issue is specifically related to high Motion Blur values in the Transform effect. In previous versions of the software, this effect worked without any issues.

Computer Specs:

  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 3060 (12GB VRAM)
  • RAM: 128GB
  • Processor: [Insert your CPU model here]
  • Operating System: Windows 10/11 (Specify your version)

Troubleshooting Steps I Have Taken:

  • Updated my GPU drivers to the latest version.
  • Lowering the Motion Blur values to lower settings (such as 290) resolves the issue, indicating that the problem lies within the software itself.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and fix it in a future update. Thank you!

Hello @dudu_4332 ,
I wanted to check in about this issue.  Are you still having issues?  Have you updated to 25.1 to see if the issue persists?

I have it set before GPU and the video card driver is updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, in the new version that came out 25.0 in general, the software enters and exits automatically. She collapses.
