Render/Export flickering when using Adjustment Layers

C0001 3 flickering problem wtf : ( - YouTube

Like the title says -- and as you can see at 44 seconds in -- the rendered footage flickers.  After searching through the forums, it looks like it's a problem with Adjustment Layers (which would make sense, since the footage that doesn't flicker has no Adjustment Layers).  However, none of the older solutions worked.

Any update on how to fix this for the latest version of premiere?

Using a Macbook Pro 2013, 15"
