Render freez on17% and Export freeze on 6%

Hello guys... i"m at trouble with clients.

I work on a music video project a use a  canon80D 29fps and sony a63000 24fps...

Iuse Unsharpmask and lumetrie color to bosst my Dinamic range.

When i"m try to render a sequence. The rendering it's freen on Frame 15% and not eork. I do it everytime its the sa.e thing.

I have another project when I try to export to any codec the progress still freezing at 6%.

I can't sleep since 5 days.

Do adobe have any plug-in or other codec

Tell how can I fixe it.

Please help me.. please please plea....... waiting for adobe expert.

    oK.

    after upgrade my windows to 8.1 and installed all Drivers

    an i reinstall Adobe Premier pro CC2015.

    ASUS Q304U

    corei5 7th

    8G Ram

    1TB

    Intel HD Graphic.

    i have This Message

    this project was lasted save with the mercury playback engine. Cuda (opencl)

    mercury Playback software only will be USE.

    i don't have any access to change it to Mercury playback engine

    a grey bar.

    i upgrade my driver.        NOTHING

    i Run GPUsniffer..

    i have this message

    GPU Computation Info ---  Did not find any devices that support GPU computation\

    i have change The       Cuda_supported_card.txt            NOTHING

    i drope a New txt File    OpenCL_supported_card.txt       NOTHING.

    i can't fnd no way and no where to resolve my problem with adobe.

    i try to load my project to another Computer

    windows 7

    ASUS G53SW corei7

    16G Ram

    1TB

    NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 460M

    i can't fnd no help.... no one.

    i downloaded a lot of drivers, and reinstall adobe.... for 3 times...

    no one can't help me.

    i thnk even ADOBE, cause i looking for a lot of tutorial and message on Adobe forums...

    i can't fnd any answear.....

    i"m at trouble with clients.

    Do you have at least 2 tiimes bigger free space on your drive that you are trying to export the file on? having free space on the drive is also related with the render , it won't render or export if you don't have at least 2 times more free space that needed

    unsharp mask takes a lot of CPU processing power and time. Lose the unsharp mask and your problems will go away.
