Render Issue, not sure what to do

This happens on any project I go into. I try to render the video ( and this image comes up. I'm not sure why. I've updated and reinstalled premiere and restarted my pc multiple times. Not sure what else to do. Also, this second image just popped up for the second time. Any idea what's causing this or how to fix it?
