Render presets won't save and more.

Question

My premiere pro has been acting super wierd lately, for some reason even basic tasks can't be done such as:

Saving a workspace
Importing a workspace
Saving Render presets (Same issue on Media Encoder)

I do not have these problems on After Effects however, does anyone know the common reasons these happen? (I am on Premiere Pro 2024)
