Rendered Vertical Footage becomes twice as thin

My footage is shot vertically in 4k but set to frame size on the projects timeline. When I render a selection that appears to be fine, the result is that my footage is still filling the frame vertically but only half of the horizontal aspect. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
