Renderer is grayed out and only shows “Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.” I have an Intel Arc B570, but Premiere Pro isn’t using it as the renderer. I just installed Premiere Pro today. Please help 🙏

Thanks for the post. The grayed-out Renderer setting is expected in current versions of Premiere. GPU acceleration is now enabled automatically, so you no longer need to select your Intel Arc B570 manually.

I'd also recommend installing the latest Intel graphics driver directly from Intel rather than relying on Windows Update.
