rendering error _ pc down

First of all, I am Korean and I am not good at English. Please understand.

There was a recent error on the PC I delivered.
I got a report that blue screen comes out when I do RENDERING.
I tested all the parts, the temperature of the parts, cpu, and quick sync are also fine.
I kept updating and using adobe 21 to 24, and I thought the registry might have gotten tangled, so I last ran the format and re-installed the program.
But there's still an error.
The installation order of the program is win10 - office - nvia driver - adobe.
I've tried everything I have, but it doesn't work out.
The adobe in Korea only replies that the specifications are insufficient, so I post a message on the American community.
It's the specification of the pc I delivered.
i9 - 10850k
z490 prime
kraken 360 full speed
ddr4 - 2666 samsung 16gb x 4
samsung 980 pro 500gb(main firmware update), sk hynix p31 gold 2tb(sub)
Zotac 3070
fsp 1000w full modul.

Hello @문선35623317nvbr,

Thanks for the message and all the great info. I believe you have an NVIDIA GPU. Many are having problems with the latest driver. Please try an earlier driver to see if that helps. Let us know if you need help with reinstalling the driver. We are here to help. I hope it works for you!

Thank You,

Kevin
