Repeated Render Errors - Code -1609629695

Over the past week or two I'm having a ton of render failures in Adobe Media Encoder with the error code -1609629695. Last night 5 different renders all failed. I've tried switching the renderer to Software Only and it didn't help. I've pasted some of the error messages below. Several of these sequences have failed dozens of times. One particular sequence has failed so many times that its version number is now 42 - and it's the first cut sent to the client. Or, I should say, not sent, because it still hasn't worked.

SOLVED!!!!
Set your Media Export to Software, not Hardware GPU (within the Media Export dialogue)
You may or may choose 1 pass or 2 passes. I've only tested single pass.
And increase your Windows Paging file to at least 55GB -

Restart the machine

I was able to export an entire 6K 30 minute film.
And PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED.

I had exactly same error, but I realized, that I had one corrupted frame in PNG sequence. I fixed that and now everything works fine again.

Just to try to help I just had this same issue. If you have a PNG sequence with a missing frame the render will stop at the exact point that frame with no data is. It won't appear as missing it will just have 0 data in it. if you re render that one frame you can replace it. The way I found out which frame did this was by pre-rendering the png sequences layer in after effects around the area where the render errors out. If you have a frame that is messed up after effects will error out and list the exact frame number.

I am getting the same error here. Adobe PR ver12.12 (build 69) on a Intel i7 6850k no overclocking. MSI nVidia GeForce 1080ti card. 64 gigs of ram. I have tried every setting I can think of except turning off Rendering at Max quality, because WHY would I want to do that!??! I might as well use Final Cut. Anyway, in a production environment suffering with the rest of you... Adobe, do you get pissed if my Credit card errors every month?? No, you don't...because I make sure it doesn't.

For what it's worth, I struggled with error 1609629695 for many hours. I finally discovered that the export fails if I select "Use Maximum Render Quality" but it's OK if I de-select it.

I just talked to Adobe Support. First, the guy tried to explain to me what the word "renderer" means. I've been editing full time on Premiere for 5 years, I know what it means. Then he said he has no information on what the error code means, and he disconnected the chat. Ridiculous.

For the record this is a Windows 10 system, quad core i7 processor, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro K3000M, Premiere Pro CC 2018 (12.0)
