Replace footage changes sequence so all clips are beginning of new clip

This seems to be a bug in the new version (Premiere v23.4) but it's so infurating.  Something that should take me two seconds to upres with the new file is going to take ages because I have to sync everything back to the old file's clips. PLEASE FIX THIS
