Replace media error when I apply transition effect

As it appears in the video, when I throw a transition effect, it appears as replace media, wherever I looked, I could not solve it, how can I solve it?

    You need to replace the media in the transition-effects itself with your own media.

    Go to the website where you got these transition-effects and ask for instructions. They all work differently.

    This has nothing to do with Premiere itself.
