"Replace With Clip" Option Is Not Available for Converted Legacy Title Graphics

Hi. The department  that I'm working in is looking to switch from Premiere Pro 21 to version 24. We held out for a while because we relied heavily on the old  Legacy Titler, and didn't want to potentially break our workflow process. Now that we're swithcing over, we want to work out the bugs in transistioning to the new Essential Grahpics.

One issue we've run into is that the "Replace With Clip" option in the context menu is grayed out in Premiere 24 after titles are converted. The option is available in version 21. Any thoughts on how that option can be enabled in the new version?
