Repositioning captions & Cropping frame of recorded Zoom meeting.

Hi all, 

I have some Zoom meeting recordings which look like this:

As these are ~3300 × 1080, and I dont personally need the interpreter, my goal is to remove the left half of the video with the interpreter, while still retaining the captions below, but moving the captions over to the black space on the right. 

Is this possible? I was thinking I might have to cut out the captions area seperately then add it back in the correct position.
