Reproduccion en linia de tiempo y origen trabada Premiere

Estuve trabajand en premiere hace un año sin problemas, cuando de la nada un ayer abrí un proyecto en el que venia trabajando y nada se reproduse correctamente, ni linea de tiempo ni monitor de origen. Todo lo que intento reproducir, imagen fija, video o audio se entrecorta. Es como si reprodujera y al mismo tempo se retrasara unos fotogramas. Imposible editar obviamente. Intenté reiniciar, apagar, actualizar controladores de video, nada dió resultado. Intenté volver a versiones anteriores. Nada dió resultado. Como se soluciona esto?

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Lo de borar el cache no funcionó. Pero si lo de poner Audio Hardware and set Input to None. Muchisimas gracias, ya estaba planeando formatear mi PC para volver a instalar todo. ME salvaste un dia del fin de semana.

Estos en la version 26.0.2 y el problema es con cualquier material, cualquier codec, mi sistema operativo es windows. Estoy usando Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration y no me deja desconectarlo, esa opcion está gris.Es con cualquier proyecto y busque bajar de versión y lasa lo mismo. PAsa con materiales tomados de discos externos como de discon internos, solidos y rigidos. El programa estaba andando bien y de reprente lo abrí y nunca mas reproduje bien nada.
