Reset hotkey "Replace with clip from source monitor"

When you close the program, the hotkey "Replace With Clip From Source Monitor" is reset and you have to assign it again. This appeared after the last update to version 23.4.0. After opening the program, the hotkeys panel does not contain this function at all and it appears only after opening the project.
