Resize/Move the App While Exporting

I know this is a small, nitpicky thing, but it is a little bit annoying that we can't resize or move the Premier window while exporting. Right now, I would love to do some other work, but accessing my desktop is prohibitively annoying. So I'm writing this post instead!
