Responsive Design Script or Hotkeys

Hi, I have a lot of elements on the essential panel, for all of them I need to select a specific anchor point for responsive design.

It will take a very long time to do it by hand, 54 compositions and thousands of elements to bind.

If there is a way to write a script for this? Or hotkeys?

Premiere pro keyboard shortcuts do not have the option of assigning a shortcut for "Pin to". and not sure about the scripting.
