Question

Reverse Match Frame is broken? (Premiere 2024, Mac)

Steps to recreate:

1) have a sequence in my timeline. I load a CLIP I know is in the timeline, into the Source monitor

2) I click on the source monitor.

3) I press the Match Frame button

result: nothing happens.

expected: The Timeline playhead should move to the same frame that the playhead is on in the Source monitor.

What am I missing?

@Kevin-Monahan

This is an important limit to this function. But it is not listted in the documentation.

Why does Adobe not communicate this in the documentation?

Hi @James22227554ol3o,

I read your note. Are you using Productions? If so, that is a limitation of the feature. Sorry about that. I hope you were able to complete your project. Let us know if you need more help.

Thanks,
Kevin
