Was such a great feature for us freelancers. You will be missed.

Please allow us to save our keyboard shortcuts and settings in the cloud. This used to be a feature but is removed from what I can understand. This is such a key feature, I reinstall premiere at least 2 times a year and it would be a major help.

You can copy/save them on your hard drive : documents > Adobe > Premiere > version number > Profile (name)

KBSC are in the .... > Win folder.

Dont know for Mac.

yes I'm already doing that..... im talking about CLOUD. So that it will be easier for us? Is that too hard to get out heads around. Lets fight for better solutions instead of holding onto the old. Every free app now has cloud sync for free; and how much do we pay? We really cant get 10MB of cloud space to save some settings and luts?

I don't know why you keep making these inexplicably dumb decisions that make your products worse, like ditching creative cloud storage - but why on earth have you ditched sync settings? I have to manually copy my preferences folder, and I have to KEEP doing that because you're on some mad rush to keep releasing broken versions of your apps.

Are you trolling?!  Get it together, Adobe!

Yes, please bring back Sync Settings! Also, it would be nice if it was easier to copy Workspaces to another computer. When I create and name a new workspace in Premiere, it'd be great if the Workspace didn't show up as "UserWorkspace_1.xml" in /Users/[User]/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/24.0/Profile-CreativeCloud-/Layouts. I was at a job where we had to switch computers on almost a daily basis; having to recreate my workspaces daily was a slog.

Here's another great post about this Sync Settings:

Incredibly frustrating to discover this AFTER reinstalling Premiere to try and fix an export problem. Once again Adobe you have made me very angry. Dropping this feature without warning…

They actually did give warnings of this, both on this forum and via the "official" Premiere blog. Several months back.

But most users of course never see either place, do they? So an email to all users would to me have been nice thing. Ah well.

Yup.

Unfortunately, as our user data is stored in different folders and files all over the OS drive, grabbing everything on a thumbdrive to install on another computer is a painful slog. You need a printed paper with you to make sure you 1) find and copy everything and then 2) put it in the right place.

I'll  be pushing at NAB for a simpler User settings process than the current ... mess. It wasn't a "mess" so much if you could sync ... when sync worked. Now, yea, it's a freaking mess.
