Ripple Delete isn't moving everything like it should

I've been editing with the same copy of Premiere for years, and I can't remember doing anything out of the ordinary that might have caused this.  I'm trying to close the gap between clips on my timeline, but when I select the gap and hit DELETE, the audio tracks fill in the gap, the video clips on Video 2 fill in the gap, but everything on Video 1 remains in place, not moving at all.  Right-clicking on the gap and selecting "Ripple Delete" does the same thing.  I've tried rebooting to see if it was just a glitch, but that hasn't worked.  What can I do to fix this?  I don't want to have to manually select EVERYTHING in my project and drag it into place.

Never mind, it would appear that I accidentally deselected the Toggle Sync Lock button.  Problem solved!
