Rotated my video 180 and now Premiere shows its status messages on the video upside down

I rotated a video 180 degrees. Then I started a warp stabilization effect on the video. Now the status messages that premiere 2019 puts on the video are showing upside down. I expect them to be showing normally since they are not part of the video. Is this behavior normal or a bug?

    Normal behavior. When stabilized message will disappear.

    That doesn't make sense.  Those are temporary messages meant for me as a Premiere user. I want to read the messages without tilting my head.

    As designed otherwise use the transform effect on the master clip or tilt the monitor.
