Runaway playhead won't stop in Premiere Pro since 2020 update

Since the latest 2020 update, my playhead in Premiere won't stop playing. It's happening on both my Windows 10 desktop and laptop. I have the latest drivers for my video cards (multiple monitors on both systems).

 

Anyone else running into this problem?

    I have had that.  It is caused by the computer being too slow in some area.  Most likely Hard Drive.  Switch to internal ssd.

    No, because I was editing this same project all week before the update without this problem.

    Hmm,  I'm wrong then.  I can not run premiere 14 either, so I switched back to 13.  We might have the same problem, the update.
