When opening the newest applications, downgrading works fine

Nothing works...New GPU Driver,vcredist_x64.exe reinstall ?

    It happened to me too with the newest version. The solution was easy. All I had to do was turn off MSI Afterburner and Premiere works again. Maybe that helps...

      i tried updating windows, installing all the runtime, and nothing works. The only way to use the app is when the pc turned on. Immediately run the app. that's it.
