Russian word in English menu

Why is there this Russian word in my Premiere Pro menu when the language is set to English? See attached.

Did you open a project that had that workspace in it? I'm pretty sure that what that is. Under Window\Workspaces you can turn that feature off. That's what I did, when I had a similar issue. I just leave it off now. You can use the 'Edit Workspaces' on there to get a dialog and delete the unwanted one...
