Sapphire plugin (OFX) won't show up in Premiere Pro

I installed the Sapphire Effects Plugin as an OFX, and I'm not sure how to make it show up in Premiere Pro. Are its effects supposed to show up automatically, or is there a step I'm missing? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
