Save issues and Auto Save not working at all

I'm not new to being frustrated by the random crashes from premiere, but ever since I updated to 13 I have been having MAJOR issues with auto save. This combined with unstable performance has cost me HOURS of work in the past few months.

Today I was two hours into a project, got a random crash and lost all progress. Throughout the two hours I was manually saving periodically and assumed my autosave function was working as well. When I reopened the project none of my progress was present, at this point I went to look for an auto save file which was also not present, didn't even have the normal auto save folder.

I checked my preferences and sure enough they were set to save every 15 min. If I could charge Adobe for the hours I lose to poor performance and bugs I'd be rich. This is ridiculous.

If you are upgrading to 13.4.1 BEWARE. Saving and auto saving is not functioning properly.
