Save multiple presets as a single preset

Ive got multiple presets that need to be anchored to the beginning and the end of a clip.
1. Slide in (anchor to in point)
2. Small movement (anchor to in point)
3. Slide out (anchor to out point)

Saving the slide in and slide out presets as a scaly type works fine no matter how long the clip is. The slide in is in the beginning and the slide out is always at the and. The problem is that if I try to include the small movement (multiple keyframes in a 30 second time frame) then the movement itself is sped up or slowed down depending on the length of the clip. (duh, its a scale type. But the other 2 options disrupt the slide in and slide out because they need to be on the beginning and the end of the clip)
I know I could combine the other two and include the small movement in my selection when applying these presets but those are additional steps which take up a lot of time.
How do I combine those three presets with the special rules?
