Save Premiere project with media from Mac to PC, including After Effects edits via Dynamic Link?

Hello everyone!

I know about using the Project Manager feature to save a project in Premiere. However, this method only effectively handles images and videos edited directly within Premiere. When I transfer the project to my PC for heavier tasks, I encounter missing images and videos that were edited in After Effects via Dynamic Link, resulting in rainbow bars.

Is there an alternative method to fully save these files?

I edit on my Mac while on the go, but I've recently upgraded to a PC for handling more intensive workloads.
