Been a while since I used the program. How can I save an "exported" clip that exported to project to a video folder on my computer (windows 10). I know I've done this is the past but I see no way to do it now. Please assist.

What do you mean by  "a general video file "?

Can you show a screen capture of the export settings that you used?

    Captivate supports avi:

The usual process to create an MP4 - published to project. But how can I move the MP4 to a general video file on my computer so I can use it in a Captivate Program? or put it on a USB to take to work?

Make sense?. I see no path from the Project to other computer folders.

What version of Premiere Pro are you using?

    How did you export?

I'm not sure I completely understand the question.
