Save temporary files not in project folder

I think this regards to the most CC aplications.

So for example, if I export from Premiere or Media Encoder a mp4 file it generates a temporary m4v file. If the export is finished the m4v file gets deleted.
Thats a big problem for us since we are using Resilio Sync and these temp files make problems with the syncing. We alwais getting errors regarding these files. And no, we don't want to work outside Resilio folder and copy the finished files manual to Resilio folders.
What I want is to change permanently the folder for these temporary files, so that they don't get created in the working folder of a project.
Sure we could exclude filetypes to get synced by resilio. But this does not work, if perhaps a m4v file could also be a normal video file or a aeb file which is a project file but also can be a temporary file.

So please either let us change the folder for these files permanently, so we can choose a folder outside of resilio or change the filetype for temporary files so that for example a temporary aeb file is just a temporary file and not a normal project file at the same time. perhaps aeb for project file and aet for the temporary pendant.

Or can you suggest another solution?
