SAVING BACK UP PROJECT TO CREATIVE CLOUD

Hi everyone! This notification keeps on popping out every time and the application crashes while I'm editing. I have Creative Cloud Desktop installed on my computer so I don't know why this message keeps on bugging me.

 

Please help!

Hi @julscab,

I read about your complaint. I wonder if by going to Preferences > Auto Save and disabling the preference to save a project to Creative Cloud might help. Let us know. Sorry for experiencing this crummy issue. Please return and let us know how it's going.
