Scale keyframes do not start until the transition is complete

Hi all,

I am a beginner. I have used scale keyframes in order to make zoom in & out to images. At the same time  i am trying to dissolve between them. When i apply the transition (which is 1 sec duration), every next image is not starting zooming (with the scale keyframes) until the transition is complete (1 sec).

How can i use dissolve and the zoom at the same time?
