Scanning for Audio Plug-Ins Re-Enables All Previous Audio Plugins

Hi.

I use a lot of third party VST and VST3 plugins. Whenever I scan for new ones in premiere, the "enabled" state gets reset on all of my previous audio plugins. It would be nice if it didn't do that, as I have to go through almost a hundred of them each time.
