Can I set SCORM setting in Adobe Premiere Pro when exporting/publishing videos?

Wouldn't that be amazing!?

I don't beleive it is an option, so we are stuck using Camtasia. And to boot, Adobe Creative Suite doesn't include Adobe Captivate. It feelsl like a hot mess all around.
