SCREEN BLACKOUT

My screen blacks out and i can not see anything when i launch a specific project, this only happens to this one project as all other projects work fine. Someone please help I have tried restarting my computer multiple times even clearing space but it persists I also cannot play back the video initially before this started happening I had to download the project first in order to see if my effects were applied properly.
