Screen flickering when playing media

When i play media, my screen starts to flicker. it does this in photoshop too when i move my mouse. Attached is a video of it happening

Thanks for the information you provided. You may not be meeting system requirements for GPU. Sorry about that. You can review those here. You may still be able to work with the GPU disabled in Project Settings > General. Change the renderer to "Software Only." Let the community know if that works for you.
