Screen resolution error

I am a user of Windows (laptop). After the first try to open Adobe Premiere Pro CC this error shows up: Your screen resolution is below the minimum required 1024 x 768. Please increase your screen resolution or adjust the DPI scaling setting in your Display preference to a smaller size.

What should I do?

What are the specs of your laptop (specifically screen resolution)?

Go to Display and see if you can increase the resolution setting.
